| Protest over Pahalgam terror attack Kashmir Not Safe for Hindus -Tackle the enemy within Miami, FL (USA), May 04 2025 |

| Members of the South Florida Hindu community, including many Kashmiri-origin Hindus who are survivors or descendants of past persecution, gathered in downtown Miami today to express their outrage and sorrow over the recent targeted killings of Hindu tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir. The protest denounced the attack as part of an ongoing genocide of Hindus in the Kashmir Valley by radical Islamist terrorists. According to demonstrators, innocent non-Muslim tourists were asked to identify themselves and were selectively executeda chilling echo of the targeted violence faced by Kashmiri Pandits during the 1989-90 genocide. Speakers emphasized that these attacks are not isolated acts of terrorism but part of a decades-long campaign to eliminate the region’s indigenous Hindu population. This is not just terrorismit is genocide,” said Deepak Ganju, Convenor of the Kashmir Hindu Foundation, Inc., KHF “The international community must wake up to the fact that this is a calculated effort to erase the Hindu cultural and spiritual heritage of Kashmir. No amount of tourism can mask the reality on the ground.” |

| Protesters carried signs and chanted slogans such as “Stop Hindu Genocide in Kashmir” and called for accountability from both local collaborators and Pakistan, which they accused of harboring and supporting terrorist groups. Ganju also criticized the radicalization of sections of the local Kashmiri Muslim population, noting their role in sheltering and supporting extremists.“The return of Kashmiri Hindus is virtually impossible under current conditions,” Ganju said. “The Valley has become hostile to non-Muslims, and it is only the presence of heavy security forces that prevents further violence.” Terrorism cannot be fought with tourism. It will not succeed in Kashmir. The local Kashmiri Muslims have been radicalized. Pakistan has been supporting and harboring terrorists for a long time and needs to be held accountable. But let us not forget that it is the locals in the valley who not only provide refuge to infiltrators but also actively participated in the genocide of Hindus. They do not want any Hindus to settle in the valley, and the return of Kashmiri Pandits is almost impossible under such conditions. The valley has been converted into Nizam-e-Mustafa, and Hindus are not safe there. That is why it is heavily guarded by security forces. Joe Kaufman, republican congressional nominee from Florida emphasized the need to take stick action against Hizbul Mujahideen and ICNA two Islamic terror supporting organizations. At ICNA’s rallies for Kashmir, ICNA has been claiming that India is practicing “state terrorism” with regard to its dealings in Kashmir. This is the utmost in hypocrisy, as ICNA is: inked to terrorist groups, including financially; harbors terrorists, as in the case of Ashrafuz Zaman Khan; and works directly with terrorist groups. Similar protests were held across the United States, including in California, where Ankit Monga, President of the Kashmir Hindu Foundation, Inc. USA, spoke strongly in favor of long-term constitutional solutions. “No superficial rehabilitation plans or reconciliation gimmicks will work,” Monga stated. “Kashmiri Hindus must be resettled in a new Union Territory of Panun Kashmir under direct Indian governance. Only then can real normalcy return.” Both Ganju and Monga urged the Indian government to stop using tourism as a proxy for peace and instead implement policies that ensure the safe and dignified return of Kashmiri Hindus.
