Many of us are facing some level of nervousness in these present times. There are though things that we can enjoy doing, affordably.

Laugh freely and spare scares
Help others to free our own souls
Love affectionately to grow our relationships
Laze comfortably to lighten our limbs
Play with the kids and watch them gleam
Visit the library to fill our minds
Listen to old tapes as well as the new mp3 songs
Arrange old photos in a scrapbook and put digital folders on DVD
Cook supper to open our palates
Jump and jog for joy and exercise
Learn to sing, dance or play an instrument
Play any individual or team sport
Hike the trails to savor nature's bounty
Work sincerely and make diligence pay
Enjoy Potluck lunches and dinners with friends and family
