 unya Tithi Havan of Swami Ram ji Trikacharya of Kashmir was celebrated at number of places in India, (inclusive of Bhopal, MP) today the 14th October, 2012 (Ashvin Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi). Hawan / Puja of Paadikamal (Lotus Feet) of Swamiji was performed with all fervor and devotion. Shavi - Trika charya of Kashmir Shaivism or the TRIKA DARSHANA of Kashmir, Swami Ram ji of Fateh Kadal Ashram Srinagar carried forward the highest philosophy of life through Prakash and Vimarsha - the twin principles of higher consciousnesses. He was the Guru of Swami Govind Koul (whose disciple Swami Kashinath ji Koul, carried forward his teachings from the very Ashram of Fateh Kadal, Srinagar, where Swami Ramji did great Tapasya). Swami Ji's other disciple Swami Mahtab Kakji, initiated Swami Lakshman joo into the Shaivi Sadhana. Kashmir Shaivaism reached common man through the simple and untiring teachings Swami Ramjis disciples. Swami Ji went into deep Samadhi on the Shiva Chaturdashi, considered to be very auspicious during the "Magh-Maas" of the Hindu calendar. According to the Kashmir tradition Swami Ji's Jag/Havan/Yajnya is also performed on the Chaturdashi of the Kanyargata Maasa, which is popularly known as the Pitri Paksha.
