SBMH Medical Team takes stock of health condition of Mishriwala Camp inmates Jammu (India) Aug 23, 2010 |

A medical team of Shriya Bhatt Mission Hospital (SBMH) and Research Centre led by Dr. K.L.Chowdhery visited Mishriwalla Migrant camp to take stock of the health and living conditions of the camp inmates ravaged by recent floods. The team observed that all the inmates of the camp have been directly or indirectly impacted by the catastrophe. The team distributed disinfectants, chlorine tablets, eye drops for each family, skin ointments and lotions, haemostatic capsules. Special medical and dermatologic camps are being organized and all arrangements made to carry the patients to and fro to mission hospital for examination and treatment. The other members of the medical team were Virji Bhat, R.K.Pandita, Ramesh Raina, O.N. Bhat, J.L.Raina, Chand Ji Kak and Vinod Raina.
