 oshur Saal, with sponsorship of Kashmiri Hindu Foundation, Inc and North Miami Library is organizing an event "Kashmiri Hindu Heritage Day" on November 17th, 2012.The Purpose of the event is to create an understanding and awareness of the traditional Hindu style of cuisine, art and culture. It will also provide an opportunity to the world to learn and experience the Hindu culture of Kashmir through visual voyage to Kashmir This event will provide not only Indian living in USA but also to the American public in general a window to the aesthetically charming valley of Kashmir. The author of Kashmiri cookbook, "Koshur Saal" (Kashmiri cuisine), Chandramukhi Ganju will on this occasion introduce flavors and aroma of the rich, healthy and exotic Kashmiri cuisine by sampling the food, set in visual background of Kashmir. Mayor of Miami, Andre Pierre, will inaugurate the event and make a proclamation. A special documentary film on Kashmiri Hindu Heritage will also be screened.
