 Sun Signs predictions have been published in newspapers and magazines since 1930 and though most of us strongly refuse to believe in astrology, yet we tend to glance through the Horoscopes Pages of the newspapers. The Zodiac is divided into 12 Sun Signs and each individual fits into one of these according to date of birth. The Sun Sign horoscopes in the news papers or television programmes are 'General' for each sign and should be read in that mode.  Aries (March 21-April 19) Financial interests are to the fore this month, Aries. You may look for a new lucrative and productive job, enter a joint venture and start a business to boost your income. Avoid risky investment, property deals and speculative activities. It is advisable to heed your intuition and inner self rather than following others. Relations, friends and siblings bring benefits and opportunities for you. May is filled with love, romance and flirtations and also facilitates closeness with your partner. Outdoor life and gymnasium is a healthy option this month.  Taurus (April 20-May 20) Changes in life style, reviewing your work strategies and improving self- image are your priorities this month. The fiery Mars ignites your wishes and ambitious zones and with the Sun also in your zodiac, your popularity and social status are on the rise. But remember not to argue, challenge or get involved in conflict at place of work. Your finances remain stable and secure but guard against over indulgence. Emotional and sentimental, you will be captivated by Cupid around mid- month. Be careful whilst driving or handling machinery.  Gemini (May 21-June 21) May will be auspicious, gainful, harmonious and peaceful month for you. Opportunities pour in for all walks of life and you will bask in popularity and status. There may be some restrictions and limitations though triggering off emotional upset. Diplomacy and cooperation at workplace is the key to success and achievement. The benefic effectof Venus and Jupiter not only generate financial gains but also helpful and pleasant relationships. Communications, travel and interaction with mates make it an exciting and adventurous month. Romance overwhelms your life after the 15th.  Cancer (June 22-July 22) Expansion and growth are in the stars this month Cancer. Communications, interaction, social events and group activities bring joy, excitement and adventure. Some challenges and restrictions surface at home around mid-month and you need diplomacy and sincere approach to resolve the issues. Your house of career is under the scanner of two eclipses this month and the gains come from joint business and financial ventures. Be ambitious, extrovert and you will make significant progress in your career and may sign a new contract. Watch out for muscular pains  Leo (July 23-August 22) The month will prove ambitious, rewarding and status boosting. Focus is on property, finances and personal security and you will be blessed with more cash inflow.The benefic Mars energy and radiant Sun enable you to achieve your professional goals, make new contacts and communicate with ease. Patience and diplomacy will smooth out any conflicts early in the month. Relationships will be intense till 10th May but there after it is all love, harmony and affection. Single Leos will meet a soul mate this month. Avoid over indulgence, extravagance and unruly company.  Virgo (August 23-September 22) Relationships, foreign cultures and overseas contacts are under the planetary scanner giving you opportunities for growth and expansion. Your bosses and superiors recognize your sincerity and dedicationand offer you a new job with more fringe benefits.Your reputation and social status are on the rise and bring in new contacts, social invitations and a touch of romance. People tend to make false promises; don’t trust everything that your hear. The second part of May be slightly tricky and deceitful.  Libra (September 23-October 22) Focus on finances, expenditure, and personal security and try to revise your budget. Be vigilant of joint ventures and get rich quick schemes as the planets indicate that deceit and misinformation may cloud your judgment.Professionally, though, May is the beginning of a new phase when success and achievements come easily. Love and romance bloom after 10th.  Scorpio (October 23 - November 21) In May, your attitude and approach to work, co-operation with workmates and rapport with bosses will ensure your success. After the 10th, life is a bed of roses, with partner and family supporting you all the way. Harmonious relationships and pleasant social interaction will make it a wonderful month. Changes at work place, behind the scene meetings and discussions with superiors turn out to be in your favour. Avoid overspending, speculation and temptation to make a quick buck. Be careful with machinery and driving as you are prone to injuries.  Capricorn (December 22-January 19) Property matters, legal affairs and investments are to the fore this month. It is time to go out and about, be extrovert, and let the world know that you are alive and kicking. Work though hectic, will be financially rewarding. Appreciation and recognition of your skills and abilities is added bonus. Benefic Jupiter and Venus bless you with financial stability 9th forwards and also stir your sensuality, passion and urge for love and romance. Overall expansion, growth and new horizons are the core factors for this May.  Aquarius (January 20-February 18) Positive The early part of the month keeps you occupied with family issues, repairs and renovation at home and making your pad cozy for your family and loved ones. Delays, missed communications and lost correspondence will slow down your projects causing stress and tension. This may precipitate in close relationships and stirs up the past issues and the pressure may burst into some physical illness. Attend to career, business, real estate and investments after the 15th and a steady inflow of money will liven up your spirits.  Pisces (February 19-March 20) Life style changes, opportunities and expansion are the flavor of the month. Love and romance will brighten your life and give you a chance to bond with your partner/spouse or acquire a new love. Erratic and aggressive behaviour or irrational actions could harm a very close relationship. Work/business will trudge along without any hiccups or limitations but your financial affairs need to be scrutinized.Communications, paperwork, short journeys and group activities fill up your days in May. Watch out for tension and irritation early in the month. |
