Sun Signs predictions have been published in newspapers and magazines since 1930 and though most of us strongly refuse to believe in astrology, yet we tend to glance through the Horoscopes Pages of the newspapers. The Zodiac is divided into 12 Sun Signs and each individual fits into one of these according to date of birth. The Sun Sign horoscopes in the news papers or television programmes are “General” for each sign and should be read in that mode.

Your Sun sign represents the sign of the Zodiac that the Sun was in at the time of your birth. The Sun rules willpower, ego, individuality, courage, confidence and the unique life path an individual is destined to follow. Aries (March 21-April 19)
May is all about changes; new horizon, new life style, new friends and perhaps a new residence. It is time to look to the future. High expenditure till mid month worries and distresses you but after the 15th cash flow increases and any outstanding dues will be repaid to you. Avoid confrontations with workmates and siblings. If attached, you will have a blissful relationship with your partner but single Aries will be blessed with romantic encounters. Go slow at the month, relax, rest and recuperate..

Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Your magnetism and charisma soar early in the month and positive incidents relating to money and career boost your confidence. Confusing communications may cause rift and frictions among workmates but matters smooth out after mid May. Hectic work schedule keeps you on your toes around 20th. Romantic and family ties need to be reviewed and re assessed. Watch your diet, avoid overindulgence and do not ignore physical ailments. Social invitations keep flooding in and you may have to make a long distance trip around 27th May.

Gemini (May 21-June 21)
May, will prove to be a very fortunate month when your magnetism and effectiveness soar. Bosses/partners may envy your dedication and motivation to handle a difficult task, but once accomplished, they shower you with praise and cash incentive. Opportunities to travel and hunt and clinch a new job abound especially after the 15th. Changes in life style, group activities and friendships are in the offing. You may consider higher education, spiritual lessons or joining yoga and meditation groups. Love and affection from partner/spouse make it a marvelous month.

Cancer (June 22-July 22)
Your financial zone is strong this May, and the planets advise you to maintain status quo by curbing your expenditure. Gains through investments and real estate are in the stars. Whilst your skills and talents are appreciated at work place, a jealous workmate may sabotage your plans. Your social status and popularity spiral high this month, you will enjoy group activities, meeting people and interaction with siblings. Be flexible and considerate with loved ones to enjoy harmony and bliss at home. Do not tire or exhaust yourself.

Leo (July 23-August 22)
After mid month, fortune smiles upon you in your career and financial affairs. Work will be hectic early in the month and it may cause exhaustion resulting in lack of concentration. Speculative activities, investments and property deals could net you huge profits. Delays, mix-up and confusion in communications prove chaotic around 20th. Overseas contacts and far horizons prevail your thoughts all month but you have to sit tight for couple of month before you can travel. Be open and honest with a loved one.

Virgo (August 23-September 22)
The New Moon on the 14th signals the start of new projects, casual contacts, and new friendships. The first two weeks see you running from pillar to post, chaos and confusion but calm prevails after the 14th. Business relationships and professional interaction are strong this month which would boost your confidence and optimism. Change of life style, relocation or a new job is possible around Full Moon on the 28th. Loved ones and family members are evasive and preoccupied in their own affairs leaving you isolated.

Libra (September 23-October 22)
Work is taking toll of your health and it is time that you start delegating part of your work to others. You feel restless and confused till the 14th after which your confidence and charisma return to reconnect with friends and work mates. Your finances and property matters are stable, in fact, cash flow increases after the 21st. Love relationships remain intense and you may feel pressurized and confined- face and confront the problem. Attend to the nagging health problems especially backache. Travel with care.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
Cash slips faster through your fingers than it comes in. You need to curb your expenditure to avoid feeling of depression and frustration. Discipline and concentration will help you to resolve professional issues. Past tensions, disagreements and glitches in relationships clear up by mid month. Singles will meet their dream love this month, but do not rush in to make a long term commitment. Family and children bring happiness at home. Avoid starting any new projects, buying machinery or electronic items. Safeguard from over eating and indigestion.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)
Your popularity, social status and magnetism are very strong this month. Love and romance fill your days in May and whilst you have fun and pleasure, do not ignore your career responsibilities. Negotiations for a new job or a business contract will yield best results around 20th, but do read the small print before accepting. Financial and property matters remain stable and there are chances of far travel, change of residence and life style. Communications with siblings and friends will bring back fond memories. Watch your temper on the 28th.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)
Property deals, investments and speculative activities will be rewarding in May. The work front will be hectic and traumatic as bosses are evasive and some workmates put up hurdles and obstacles but it all dissipate after the 15th. So have patience and just trudge along. The month will be brimming with social events, entertainments and parties but some ambiguity surrounds your romantic affairs till the month end. Your cash flow, legal matters, communications and creativity are well starred. Take care whilst driving, remain cool and calm.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18)
The first half of the month may pose some hurdles and problems at the workplace and you may feel pressurized by authorities and superiors. Old friends and voluntary organizations re connect with you from mid May onwards and you will find yourself in the limelight and on the centre stage. Focus on domestic chores, family affairs and long awaited renovations at home. Partnerships, romantic and professional, come to the fore on the 20th, and you wonder if you had made the right choice.

Pisces (February 19-March 20)
Your past efforts, dedication and sincerity to your work, now pay off and you are rewarded with a promotion and cash bonus. Stay away from gossip and office politics or you will tarnish your image. It is a fortunate month for higher education or technical training to improve your skills. Increased cash flow swells up your coffers and boosts your confidence. Lack of communication affects your relationship with loved one/spouse but love returns after 20th. Meet friends, attend social gatherings and group activities to avoid feeling isolated.
